Field Data Coordinator


 

As one of our Field Data Coordinators you will provide administrative support to the accounting, human resources and operations departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the project management and corporate teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Travel to assigned project locations to gather and/or verify information.
  • Issue field purchase orders, collect and mat delivery tickets, ensure proper invoice coding, obtain proper approvals, and adhere to monthly closing deadlines.
  • Collect timecards, ensure proper coding in company time reporting system, ensure appropriate approvals, and adhere to payroll processing deadlines.
  • Collect receipts, ensure proper coding on receipts in Expense Track, and adhere to monthly closing deadlines.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and adhere to deadlines of submitting information to payroll and human resources for processing.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

  • Travel up to 75% to Frontier field locations and offices
  • Perform light work - exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
  • Operate a computer, copier, fax, telephone and other office-based equipment.
  • See, hear, talk and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity, climbing, kneeling, standing, walking, crouching, stooping, reaching, pulling, pushing and other similar tasks requiring physical activity.
  • When present in the field, you will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions including wet, humid, cold and heat. You could also be exposed to noise, vibrations, gasses, fumes, mists, dust and odors.
