Reporting Coordinator [Pakistan]


 

Horizon Technologies is hiring a Reporting Coordinator to join our US partner. The reporting coordinator will be responsible for extracting and compiling data from various portals, including Zoho Recruit, Zoho CRM, and others, to generate reports for the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data management and analysis as well as experience working with different reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract and compile data from various portals, including Zoho Recruit, Zoho CRM, and others, to generate reports.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their reporting needs and provide customized reports to meet their requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data checks and reconciliations.
  • Maintain a library of reports and ensure that they are up-to-date and readily accessible to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement best practices for data management and reporting processes.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest reporting tools and technologies and make recommendations for process improvements.

Experience: Maximum 2 years

  • in data management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience working with reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • Experience with Zoho Recruit and Zoho CRM is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
