About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contact Centre Manager to manage and grow a remote working outbound contact centre. You will be responsible for the commencement and ongoing management of our Australian operation.

At D2MS a great cultural fit is more important than where you live. this role is 100% remote and can be performed from anywhere within Australia or New Zealand.

We are looking for a true self-starter who has experience of running and being accountable for the success of their business unit.

Leading your team with dignity and respect whilst delivering a result, you have a passion for people management and a keen understand of how metrics drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business owners to build a culture of target setting and accountability.
  • Owning the management of our people and of the day-to-day operations – setting performance targets and managing accordingly.
  • Recommend and implement business innovations which drive performance.
  • Managing budgets and taking accountability for the performance of our client’s campaigns.
  • Ensure the operation has the right tools, training and processes in place to adhere fully to industry rules and regulations.
  • Provide a feedback loop to the business directors on the strategy, implementation plan and results aimed at driving growth in people and performance.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven ability to lead and deliver a sales contact centre operation including training and development requirements.
  • Exceptional people management skills and stakeholder relationship management.
  • A team player building trust through collaboration to achieve a positive outcome for our clients and our people.
  • Experience of managing virtual teams and staff is desired.
  • Ability to analyse and present performance data.
  • Experience in identifying areas of improvement and implementation plans to achieve it.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 depending on experience
