- Knowledgeable of Lazada and Shopee processes such as Campaign enrollment, Voucher creations, Product uploading, and Order processing.
- Knows basic photo editing.
- Answer and respond to customer queries.
- Create online marketing strategies on various platforms (Lazada, Shopee, and Facebook) used to conduct digital sales.
- Monitoring the day-to-day activity on the site and its overall performance to achieve goals.
- Execute ad campaigns on search engines and other websites and implement the latest digital marketing strategies using social media.
- Other duties include managing site development and updates for the e-commerce side of the business, working with co-workers to collect necessary content to use for each product or service offering, and ensuring that the brand message and goals align with the rest of the company.
- Keep a promotions calendar, track all e-commerce marketing efforts, analyze data, and use your findings to improve your strategies.
- Monitor and improve (if needed) the company’s online reputation.
- Learn other marketing tools for Lazada, Shopee, and Facebook Ads and collaborate with the Team to create marketing promotions.
- Other tasks that the management will request.

Qualifications:
- Business Administration or Marketing graduate.
- Prior experience as an E-commerce Associate or Online Selling will be an advantage.
- Customer-service oriented.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Preferably can start immediately and is able to work in Western Bicutan, Taguig City
