Duties: - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates - Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates - Utilize HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft and Taleo to manage candidate data and track progress - Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices - Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in the recruitment process - Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement succession planning initiatives - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM platforms to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics - Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on employee relations matters

Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques - Familiarity with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, Taleo, or similar platforms - Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus - Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong relationship management skills - Ability to conduct research and stay updated on industry trends
