Card Services Processor I

Summary of Primary Functions


Under close direction will be responsible for Credit, Debit and ATM card research and resolution of Member issues. Assist members in their use of Courtesy Pay. Monitoring of Monthly plastic reissue reports for Credit, Debit and ATM cards. Support members with transactions and correspondence related to disputes by completing necessary forms, working with vendors to resolve disputes, and applying provisional credits. Assisting with payment reversals, fee reversals, Payment posting, and generating member statements through transaction and account research.


Requirements


High school graduate or equivalent. Two years’ experience within a financial institution must be knowledgeable in Credit Union policies and procedures including Reg E and Reg Z. General knowledge of computer data base system and some Microsoft Windows. Effective communication and organizational skills.

Compensation and Job Title is commensurate with experience and may fall under the following pay ranges:


Card Services Processor I- $20.75/hr to $29.05/hr
