The Spa Concierge is responsible for welcoming guests, answering phones, scheduling appointments, adequately handling payment transactions upon checkout, offering knowledge of all treatments and products offered. Additional responsibilities include light housekeeping and cleaning, stocking professional and retail products and amenities, touring guests through the facility. Must be proficient with computers and must have sales experience as sales is also a big part of the role. We prefer applicants who have a minimum of one year of spa experience but are willing to train those that we feel would be successful in the role. Multi-tasking and handling high volume is key as at busy times you must be able to juggle multiple tasks with a flow and grace. Spa Concierge also assists at times with services including: Spa Melt's, Baths, and Foot Soaks. All which require light cleaning, set up, and break down. This enables you to also receive a gratuity! Must be able to lift 30lbs.
Please take special note that the duties of this role also include cleaning at times. While it's not a primary function, it is a portion of the role when needed. We believe all departments should help each other and work together to make sure we provide a flawless guest experience and the level of cleanliness is a top priority. This position does require weekends and some holidays.
