• Be in a multispecialty group of 10 in a well run organization • Replacing retired internal medicine physician with built in patient base • Choose either traditional practice (with call) or not (no hospital call), full or part time • Call will be 1 in 5, if interested • Work with established EMR • Office connected to 200 bed hospital • Option to become a partner at 12 months, with share in ancillary income • Guaranteed salary plus bonus incentives • Comprehensive benefit package, including malpractice, health, dental, 2 retirement opportunities, and additional money for licenses, CME, etc. • Compensation model is productivity based
