Account Executive (Senior) [Vietnam]


 

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job Description:

- Serve as the lead point of contact for all clients on account management matters. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

- Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and employees.

- Developing a technical understanding of our client's product offering and roles.

- Ensure our solutions' timely and successful delivery according to customer needs and objectives.

- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the internal team and clients.

- Develop well-researched marketing plans/proposals for clients.

- Prepare monthly reports on account status on a timely basis.

- Monitor the project team to ensure the project is going well.

- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

- Participate throughout the end-to-end client serving process: from 1st client meeting to proposal, pitching, onboarding, and execution.

- Manage client expectations of timing to ensure that projects are delivered at the highest quality levels, on time, and on budget, while achieving the expected profit for the company.

- Deliver multiple projects effectively (from onboarding to ongoing execution): closely monitor the performance of projects, responsible for quality and output of internal team problem solving, discussing weekly/ monthly/ end-of-project performance reviews with clients.

Requirements:

- 3 years of experience in relevant positions.

- Proficiency in English (must-have)

- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant fields.

- Solid understanding of business objectives and ability to translate from business objectives to digital KPIs.

- Ability to communicate with stakeholders about the local and global markets and challenges/opportunities.

- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

- Good negotiation and presentation skills.

- Detailed-oriented, proactive, patient, good at arranging and following procedures & solving problems.

- Confident and have the ability to present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.

  • Ho Chi Minh City: Có khả năng di chuyển đến nơi làm một cách chắc chắn hoặc lên kế hoạch chuyển nhà trước khi bắt đầu làm việc (Bắt buộc)
