What you will do


Position title: Human Resources Young Professional

Location: Colombia – Hybrid work set-up (Remote and office when required)

Duration: Temporary up to 2 years


The Young Professional will sit next to HR Team and learning day to day basic tasks such as:


  • Face to face interaction with employees, managers, internal and external stakeholder
  • Support to daily Local HR Services activities: Employee Folders, Employee Personal Data changes in systems, Global Projects, etc.
  • Lead and implement different HR global and local initiatives
  • Be aware about local policies to deliver a good experience to the internal customers.
  • Be responsible of all tasks about Onboarding and Offboarding process
  • Be responsible of to organize activities for organizational environment
  • Support in activities and implementation of internal and extern surveys (GPTW)


What you bring


Education:

  • Recent University graduate. Associates or bachelor’s degree
  • Prefer schooling have an emphasis in one of the following careers studies: Human Resources, Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent


Requirements and Experience:

  • Maximum of 1 year of experience in the area
  • Experience in a corporate environment is desired


Preferred or Nice to Have
:

  • Oral and written English Communication skills
  • Team player
  • Willing to learn in an extraordinary company and team, with interactions on different LAC colleagues
  • Proactive, innovator and goal oriented
