Office Administrator/Receptionist


 

We seek to hire a professional with excellent communication and organizational skills to oversee the execution and management of primary aspects of our business plan and operations in our organization's office. This will include being responsible for welcoming visitors, organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, managing and updating calendars, and overseeing various administrative projects. Responsibilities will also include taking phone calls, managing correspondence, developing and maintaining computer applications and filing systems, reviewing and approving supply orders, and occasionally making travel arrangements.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $19.00 - $29.37 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Detroit, MI 48206: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
