As a Team Support Member you will be working closely with our office & production manager to make sure the studio runs smoothly. This is a hands-on position and your tasks will vary from prepping shipping supplies to quality checking jewels to keeping snack levels high. You will need to be VERY organized and able to stay a step ahead of any issues. If this sounds like you please read on to see more details.
About you:
- A positive and solution based thinker
- Passionate about organization, it is an absolute must for this position.
- LA based (this is not a remote position)
- 18+ with own car and driver's license
- Available Monday - Friday 9-5pm
What you will do:
- Organize, organize and organize.
- Organize, assemble, maintain and track levels of all supplies needed to run the studio (Such as shipping supplies, office supplies and most importantly snacks)
- Thoroughly quality checking and shipping orders
- Occasionally running a local errand
- Hopping into other departments, including customer service and production, to offer support as needed
