What you will do
- Work with system engineer for product definition and finalize SPEC of power management IC.
- Build systematic level behavior model and design whole chip at transistor level to meet part definition.
- Cooperate with layout engineer for physical design such as floorplan, ESD design.
- Work with test engineer for probe and FT test, and issue debug
- Work with validation team to finish silicon validation to release the part to market.
- Work with application engineer or field engineer to solve the customer ‘s application issue.
- Prepare product brief and datasheet.
What you will need
- Bachelor ‘s degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant degree.
- Have relevant experience in power products.
- Familiar with Cadence design& simulation tools
- Deep understand for semiconductor devices and BCD process flow
- Have design experience of blocks in power management products, including LDO/oscillator/bandgap/amplifier.
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.
- Strong time management skills that enable on time project delivery
- Ability to take the initiative and drive results.
- Strong verbal and written English skills.
