RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer inbound calls from Medical policy holders regarding insurance claims
  • An average of 30-5 0 calls are expected daily
  • T ake calls back-to-back while toggling through several applications on multiple screens
  • Availab le to attend 100% training and the first 90 days of employment
  • Resolve customer complaints through independent problem-solving s kills and one-call resolution
  • Understand and striv e to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of customer service experience is required . Call center experience preferred.
  • A dedicated workspace with no distractions is required
  • Intermediate profi ciency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and helpful even w hen dealing with difficult situations
  • Foster team work and partnership with cross-functional department s to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 17 - 22 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
