The Cameron Group Field Specialist will provide hands-on technical supervision and operating support, installation, repair and maintenance of Cameron Group equipment and services.
Perform a variety of key tasks associated with site operations and rigging up/down of Cameron equipment and tools
Ensuring, as the Cameron representative, that the job goes as planned
Installing, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing wellheads and valves per equipment specifications
Reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings
Collaborating with sales, production, and engineering on products and installation issues to include process, spares parts, and fit and function
Communicating problems and issues with the job site leader
Preparing service tickets in a timely manner, per the guidelines
Minimum Job Qualifications
High school diploma or GED Current valid driver's license with clean record. Minimum one (1) years Field Service or related experience Preferred computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Must be familiar with basic use of the internet Strong mechanical aptitude with demonstrated work experience with hydraulics and electrical systems Ability to communicate effectively with customers Must be willing to travel from to 25% to 50% of the time. Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of Oil & Gas or related industry experience
5+ years of experience in equipment maintenance/technician field role
