Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
- Help with daily time management
- Oversee the performance of other clerical staff.
- Run errands as requested
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
- Coordinate office appointments and meetings.
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in any related discipline.
- Must be proactive.
- Must possess organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of google workspace and added digital skills.
- Tech-savvy and experienced with word processing and email programs
- Must possess managerial skills.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must be able to multitask.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- The preferred location of applicants is Lekki or anywhere on the Island
