The Opportunity:
The ideal Digital Analyst at Brkthru is curious, thorough and enjoy problem solving. You will join a growing department of specialists that contribute their wide range of knowledge to projects at Brkthru. The position will be our Google Analytics and reporting platform experts. They are the heavy support to our Account Managers in assisting with everything insights and reporting. We are seeking someone who can contribute to the high standards and passion set by the rest of the team.

Responsibilities:
Work with clients to create measurable and meaningful goals within the analytics platform.

Onboard new clients to our client reporting platform

Assist the Client Services team with providing reporting for client presentations.

Answer ad hoc questions from the Client Services and Sales teams.

Proactively monitor and provide analytics reporting on key accounts weekly.

Help train the Client Services team to be able to field basic Google Analytics requests and questions from clients.

Be a trusted support partner for Account Managers, providing dashboard walkthroughs and platform trainings as needed

Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing web analytics preferred.

Experience using the following platforms desired: Google Analytics, Tableau, Javascript, Google Tag Manager, NinjaCat, Marketing Reporting software

Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.

Positive attitude.

Self-motivated with a strong desire to contribute.

Superb problem-solving skills with ability to speak in both client and technical terms.

Analytical approach to tasks with a strong attention to detail.
